Easy steps: Install 3D-MOM on all your computers, configure (Blender etc.) and start 3D-MOM on all computers. Go to the Render Farm Settings in the menubar. Connect to a dropbox with each computer (they send the renders this way, Google Drive is also in development). Enter the same farm name for all your computers, so they find each other. And as soon you add multiple models to your render queue on one computer, your other computers will check if they can render something for you.
